After Merlin only knows how long LJ has existed, I figured it was time for me to jump on board. I usually am one of the later ones to join in on things like this, unless it was some kind of freak accident that made me stumble upon a site.

I somehow managed to get this thing a layout, and most things seem to be going okey, except the fact that my mutant calendar has decided that today is July 30th, when it is in fact August 1st already. Yes, individualism is great, but in this context I'd rather see that my calendar was a mindless sheep and followed the rest. Merlin knows how it ended up so misinformed to begin with.

I suppose this thing is less than complete. There's no bio or anything nifty, really. And I haven't got any friends yet, etc etc. But it does have a title, and one that I used endless amount of time to figure out. Long story short; As I stumbled around wikipedia looking for inspiration for a username, I came upon an article about The Hitchhicker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams. It was then I remembered one of the most genious, hilarious things I've read in my entire life;

"Forty-two," said Deep Thought, with infinite majesty and calm. "The answer to 'the Great Question of Life, The Universe, and Everything' "

*chuckles*
I need to reread that book so badly. I still do have a couple of weeks left of my holiday.
